I am a Romanian illustrator and program coordinator for Stichting de Vrolijkheid in Assen, living and working in Groningen.
I create from folklore, fantasy and a passion for birds, constantly switching between a pen, the keyboard and different rug-making tools to bring funky and often zoomorphic characters to life. Much of my work is also inspired by hard-to-digest emotions like fear, sadness, or panic. I try to give those feelings a shape, to make them visible, sometimes even soft.
Please feel free to email with any collaborations, commissions or questions!
